Yes. Our online rental process makes it easy and convenient for tenants to lease a storage unit. Click the Rent Now tab, select your size, input your information and payment, and sign your lease.

Once your lease is signed, you will receive two email confirmations: one with your fully signed documents and the second to welcome you to Moss Hill Self Storage.

No. Moss Hill Self Storage allows you to reserve your space online free of charge. We hold the reservation(s) for three (3) days.

Climate-controlled options provide a stable temperature environment for storing sensitive items such as documents, electronics, and antiques. Moss Hill Self Storage’s climate-controlled options are all on the ground floor, located inside the building, and provide well-lit aisles and easy access to tenants.

Our drive-up self storage rentals are located on the ground floor. They have an exterior roll-up door that allows easy access as you drive up.

At Moss Hill Self Storage, we provide our tenants with insurance information; we do not sell insurance. It is up to tenants to choose how to insure their belongings. We highly recommend that each tenant choose a method of insurance, either through the information provided or homeowner/renter insurance.

We accept major credit cards for payment, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks, money orders, and cash payments.

Yes. Each tenant is required to place one (1) personal lock on each unit’s door leased. You can choose to purchase our heavy-duty, secure cylinder locks sold at the office or bring your own. We also sell a variety of moving supplies.

Moss Hill Self Storage is a gated facility that allows access only through an entry code system. Our facility is well-lit at night, with top-quality security cameras located throughout our facility.

Tenants have 24/7 access to their items through the gate entry code. Our office business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Tenants can leave a message after business hours, and we will promptly return calls the next business day.
